Our company has a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased from our shop.

Processing Timelines

(Custom) Stationery & Art Prints are made to order and take  5 - 7 days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. Please make sure you check your email and messages for mock-up approvals in a timely fashion so that the studio can print your order as soon as possible.
