“Every Latina Deserves To Be Celebrated”
Hola amiga,
I’m Sandra Diaz, founder of Lucia Diaz, LCC. Before launching Lucia Diaz. (previously Fearless Yaya) I would go to big box stores and spend hours looking for the perfect gifts for my loved ones that represents our Latinx culture authentically. I often left the store frustrated and empty-handed. But when a few of my first-generation college student primas graduated, I was heartbroken that I couldn’t truly celebrate with cards that looked like them (Latinas come in every shade, hair type, shape, and color). This special moment came and went without the chance to give them a personalized gift like I wanted. That was the moment I knew I had to do something about it. And that year, I launched the Graduation Card collection. With this collection, anyone could completely personalize each card, from the hair color to the hair texture so they would have something special to share with their friends and family.
As a first-generation Colombian-American, I want nothing more than for women of color, girls growing up as first-generation Americans, and all women smashing their goals, to feel like they matter. Like their accomplishments matter.
My desire is to share in the excitement beaming from your loved one’s face when they open their gift or card! Whether it’s a beautiful, one-of-a-kind art print, a card that celebrates their amazing accomplishments, or home decor that makes their space feel even more warm and cozy– we deliver high-quality, thoughtful, and personalized Latinx-inspired gifts hecho con tanto amor.
