Return Policy

Our company has a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased from our shop.

Processing Timelines

(Custom) Stationery & Art Prints are made to order and take  5 - 7 days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. Please make sure you check your email and messages for mock-up approvals in a timely fashion so that the studio can print your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Timelines

USPS First Class: 3-5 business days (may be longer, depending on USPS workload and delivery location)

USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days (may be longer, depending on USPS workload and delivery location)

Package taking too long to be delivered? Call: 1-800-ASK-USPS for U.S. orders and for international orders 1-800-CALL DHL

We will do everything we can to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible but once it leaves our studio we no longer have control over the speed of the delivery. Mil Gracias.

(Non-Custom) Art Prints, Greeting Cards, Note Cards & Note Cards Packs are printed, processed and shipped in our studio and take 1 to 3 days to process (not including holidays or weekends). 

All Mugs, Canvas Prints and iPhone Cases are made to order from our local print shop and take 2 - 3 weeks to process (not including holidays or weekends).
